How not to develop an eating disorder?!


Question: I need advice, I am going insane! All I can think about is weight and how I should starve myself tomorrow. I don't want to though. I have so many other things to worry about. Please nutritionists anyone! I don't want to develop one, I JUST WANT TO BE HEALTHY! I gained a pound and suddenly I am thinking, starve myself! Help!

Don't freak out, your weight fluctuates..... just worry about being healthy....if you eat right and exercise - you'll have nothing to worry about, i've been down the eating disorder road! now i eat 5 meals a day, and i don't gain anything! If you don't eat enough....you'll slow down your metabolism and gain weight.....you should eat 1800-2200 calories a day!

The most important thing is to love and respect yourself for who you are. Hang out with people who boost your self esteem. If u already are doing all of these things, talk to a psychologist for help. this is probably too hard for anyone to do but if you could, take the scale out of your house. Eat healthy and remember that you are loved.
