Start walking, running, jogging, even dancing around, also do some squats, wall sits, and/or lunges! Just do anything that kinda makes your legs sore!
Run
defiantly run! dont make it a once in a while thing, make it an everyday thing, like right before dinner everyday! Not only will it make u feel better, ull see quick results. Also, Jump rope, 500 a day. it gets your heart rate up super quick, and also thins your thighs.
