2. How do i tone up my arms?
3. Is there any way to make my breasts look firmer?
4. How to tone and slim my legs??
Please take into account that i am at BOARDING SCHOOL and we are locked in and such... bars on the windows e.t.c. And we're generally not allowed to go running because we're next to a boys school and they don't trust us ha ha :)
I have my own bedroom, it's quite large, i have anough room for a yoga mat and such, but we're not allowed tv's in our rooms either.

Print some yoga and pilates exercises off the internet. These exercises will help drop the weight on your hips and your arms.
Wear a bra that will lift your breasts. (got that from Oprah)
You can do 20 squats without weights twice a day. Morning and Evening.
