Can you replace more than one meal a day with a protein shake?!

Question: Yes you can.I take 4 meals and 2 protein shakes.

Answers: Yes you can.I take 4 meals and 2 protein shakes.

Yes!
Well.. if you have more meals, but of course.. small meals.

variety in your diet is always good, so you need nutrition from various sources, you can drink all the protein shakes you want but you need exposure to all different types of nutrients (you can however make different types of protein smoothies with real fruits/vegetables)

My husband, who is an avid body builder, only has one actual meal a day. The rest of his intake is protein shakes and bars. He's been on this diet off/on for years while preparing for competition.

Yes you can. I use herbalife products and I do just that. I have 2 shakes a day with a sensible meal and it works great.

Yes but I would not suggest you do it all the time..My brother does this and he calls it crutch time..( HE IS A PERSONAL TRAINER/ BODY BUILDER). Anyhow he does this for about 2 weeks and gains muscle ext . and then he gets off that and goes back to two meals a day with one shake and then works those muscles into the shape that he wants and then does it again..too much of a good thing is bad so just make sure you take breaks in between.. also he drinks his before he works out..never drink one after a workout..your body is in need of the most after a workout and feeding it a shake and then relaxing is only going to make you fat..you need to drink and then workout it out.. : ) good luck!
