Oh, God, how uneducated. You've fallen for it. Your colon is not in need of cleaning. You think God invented this body, and then all of a sudden in the 21st century someone improves on God's creation and for centuries people have had toxins in there?
yogurt i had a bad colon and my doctor told me to eat yogurt or else sooner or later i would develop colon cancer. that was 3 years ago and i have been eating yogurt and my colon is back in great shape. it helped in 5 weeks.
You can buy COLON CLEANSER at any health food store. Safer than any "home remedy."

cabbage is good, if you like that. If you prefer something else, make a fresh veggie soup, using a V8 juice as the base. do NOT add any spices or flavoring. You can put in it potatoes, celery, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers.

You need to get about 30 grams of fiber a day. Eat lots of fruit, vegetables. Beans are really good and cereal high in fiber. Drink a lot of water. Two quarts a day would be good. Good luck.
High fiber foods and lots of water. Especially try figs and prunes, but stay close to a toilet.
For what? A colonoscopy? Bowel surgery? Only reasons I know for "cleansing" your colon

A reasonably healthy body does an excellent job of keeping
itself clean even when abused ("cleansed") by it's owner.
Eat healthy, exercise, and drink when you're thirsty or just
want to, extra in summer. That's all you need to do! Your
fantastically designed body will do the rest. And your wallet
will be proud of you!
Go vegan for a few years, as meat is rotting in your colon right now. But, eat raw vegetables, take oat bran with a beverage (water/orange juice), oat meal.
