What is a good exercise regiment to to start out with?!


Question: Im a female and im 5 feet 7 inches. I weight about 316 and I have one bad knee that gets sore with a lot of activity. I want to lose 100 lbs in a year.

Glucosamine might fix your knee. Swimming is the best, if that is not convenient, do a 30 minute brisk walk daily. If your knee will not allow the walk, there are exercise machines which are easy on the knees. Start and work up gradually, it is easy to overdo at first.

walk for about 2 miles,for starters,and 5 miles when u get used to it...u will lose 100 in around 8 months..
