How can I lose 15 pounds in 2 months healthily?!


Question: Plenty of vegetables. Fruits too, but a lot are high in sugar (mangos, grapes)...so watch out. And the most important is EXERCISE. You can't avoid this. Try building up your work out steadily, varying it up to keep it interesting. Jog one day, do some resistance training.

I lost weight pretty easily when I cut my sugar intake down because I've normally got a real sweet tooth and consume way too much.

Everyone is a little different though.

work out. walk every day for like 20 min.
