Hi
I posted this problem on my blog about eating ration. You can reference my blog.

Ah, they say saltwater/freshwater adaptables are good for you (fish that can live in both). So tuna, salmon, sardines, chad, what ever you can get your hands on. Far as eating it, just fallow the food prymid 2-3 servings a day lol, not always fish but, I guess atleast 1 fish night or something like that.

none at all.
those poor fish didn't want to die.
.. i feel like a canibal towards any animal.

they recommend limiting it to two or three times a week, because it contains heavy metals like mercury that can build up in our bodies if we eat too much. your best bets are oily, fatty fish like salmon and tuna, as they have higher levels of omega3, but all fish is very high in protien while low in calories.

maybe 3 times a week
most fish is good fish, although some ppl argue certain types are too fatty
but its GOOD fat and omega 3s

have whatever you like! mackeral, cod, millet, monkfish..whatever takes ur fancy

30 kg for u but none for me as I'm a vegetarian :D

I have been told that I should have fish 3 - 5 times a week. All fish are good for you but I have heard that somwhat fatty fish like salmon are even better. They are high in Omega 3 fatty acids which help raise your HDL (good cholesterol).

i hate fish but it is health and essential in our diet.it has
