Can an external product get rid of cellulite?!

Question: I have heard that taking a teaspoon of flaxseed oil or olive oil everyday can help combat cellulite so i am taking extra virgin olive oil. Heres the thing i had someone tell me that i should rub it on my skin as well as taking it internally. will my skin absorb the essential fatty acids or should i just stick with gagging back spoonfuls of strait olive oil every day.

Actually, its not really the oil but the rubbing that helps fight cellulite. Rubbing or massaging cellulite hellps to break up the fat, improve skin's elasticity, and improve circulation to reduce water retention. To get the most affect, rub with a little oil or lotion, and use as much pressure as you can stand. 15 minutes a day, for 3 weeks and you may see quite a change.

And with taking the oil internally, you can get flax seed or other oils in gelcaps, which are much easier to swallow. Or, try drizzling the oil on a piece of toast with a little salt or italian seaoning. It doesn't have to be taken straight!

that dont work

cellulite is nothing more than a connective tissue disorder. the fats stored there are metabolized the same as in all other places. the lower your body fat % the less cellulite you will have

what i do is that after i shower i massage those areas with body cream anti cellulite, u can buy this from avon, is has definetely helped me.
what causes cellulite or stretch marks is loosing weight and then gaining weight again so, try not to gain any weight so this doesnt happen.

It would be beyond the laws of physics to actually get rid of cellulite.

Rubbing it on your skin might make your outer skin smoother, but it won't do a thing for cellulite. All cellulite is is fat that is on top of a muscle rather than underneath and the only way to get rid of it is to lose weight and let your body take fat from whatever areas it will.

Instead of gagging back the oil, why don't you add it to your food, like cook your eggs with the olive oil, or buy flax meal (which contains the oil) and make bread. Here's the link to my flaxseed bread recipe. It's very high in fiber, too.

I doubt eating the oil will combat cellulite, but they are healthy oils and certainly won't hurt you.
