at your age just stay active. I know you are an avid outdoorsman so take a walk in the woods a few days a week. you dont have to watch what you eat as much, but cut back on how much you eat. dont eat within 2 hours of going to sleep. what part of PA are you from anyways ? i am from north of Pittsburgh.

When I was about 18 I got into this fitness kick and worked out a lot. I cut out as much sugar as possible and walked a lot. I cut a lot of weight by doing that and drinking a lot of water. If you cut back on your breads and cola, and sweets it will help. The best advice I can give is to be patient and not expect overnight results. Be persistent and don't give up when the weight doesn't drop fast enough.
