Will drinking a whole lotta water minimize my cellulite??? Im 22 and 135lbs.!!!!!

Question: no. and most women and some men have cellulite. It is when the fat cells are engorged with unhealthy stuff. If you eat sugar a lot,or fried food or a lot of white flour or lots of salt, your fat cells get .... well, fat. We are all born with a certain number of fat cells, and that is that. So, what you can do is:
1.cut out the processed foods or really cut down
2.Drink lots and lots of water. It helps flush your system of bad stuff.a good amount is 1 6oz.glass of water everycouple of hours. Dont try to drink so much that you get sick.
3. Squats and lunges, and cardio. what that does is tone the muscles in your butt and thighs, which literally smushes the fat cells flat and creates a smoother appearance. Also, building lean muscle mass burns calories and reduces fat in your body. To burn 1 pound of fat, you need to burn 3500 calories. So,I suggest, try to reduce your caloric intake by atleast 100 cal. aday. For women, you should at least be doing 30-60 minutes of cardio 4-5 times a week and eat 40% protien, 30% veggies and 30% low glycemic starch at 3 meals aday and at least 2 snacks. Never go below 1800 calories aday. Anything lower, your body will think it is starving and you will hang onto the wieght, not losing anything.
You can do a search for low glycemic index foods that are good to eat and keep you satisfied so you dont go nuts and wolf down a candy bar when you are hungry. And you dont have to be fat or overwieght to have cellulite!!Even skinny girls have it, its what you eat.Good luck!

No, put it could kill u.

No, it won't help; fat is not water-soluble.

You didn't say what your height is; if you're tall, there's nothing wrong with 135. If you're short, you're still not terribly heavy. Quit worrying about the numbers and decide how you want to LOOK and FEEL. How you feel is ultimately the ONLY thing that actually matters.

And the person above me is right - too much water can cause hyponatremia, which means that you don't have enough electrolytes in your bloodstream, and that can REALLY screw up your heart's rhythm!

the gym and a low fat diet is the only thing that will minimize cellulite.........
