I want to get into shape before I get pregnant!?!


Question: I'm 5'3 and almost 140lbs and in my early 20s.
THIS IS ALMOST OVERWEIGHT!
I used to weigh 125 a year ago and was very happy with that.
My husband and I are talking about getting pregnant.
Does anyone have any advice for a workout plan on how to get into shape as soon as possible. I don't want unrealistic answers, but I just want to get into shape is soon as I can so we can try to conceive soon!

Hey Willna!

You have probably looked all around Yahoo and Google to find an appropriate program. I know how you feel. I had a similar problem. I had around 155 lbs before my pregnancy and since I knew I would gain even more weight during pregnancy I went searching for help...

I don't recommend you any weight loss pills or any foot with chemical substance...they can have negative consequences...

What I found were some great programs...
They're also suitable for future moms...or already pregnant moms...they also give you a lot great pregnancy advices...
You probably can't go wrong with them...

I'm listing you the link bellow...I used the recommended program myself and I can say...I'm really happy I did it!
I felt a lot more comfortable during my pregnancy...

start by walking and slowly increase your distance. if you aren't doing any type of exercise now, you will be able to see a difference from jus that simple of a workout. also, start doing crunches. Plus, whatever exercise you are doing before you get pregnant such as walking is usually okay to do WHILE you are pregnant which is good for both you and your baby. it will also make it easier to loose the baby weight. I highly suggest you invest in an exercise book just for women wanting to conceive and for women that have had babies.

Do the Atkins.....it is the fastest and the only diet that ever worked for me.
