How can i lose 4 pounds in 5 days?!


Question: I really need to lose 4 pounds by Saturday night. Don't ask why i just really need to. I'll do whatever it takes!

How many calories should i eat a day? And what type of exercise would be best to lose this weight?

I don't want any negative answers... If you think its a stupid question then why are you on it?

I lost 3 pounds in 2 days simply drinking LOTS of water, getting in good excercise (cardio), and eating nothing but raw fruits and veggies.

I drank green tea with lemon in the morning and ate apples, oranges, strawberries or all three.

The rest of the day I only ate raw veggies, mostly celery, broccoli, cauliflower,and lettuce (no dressing) I ate nothing after sundown.

It IS hard to go from your regular eating/excercising habits to doing that, but it gets results. You WILL feel hungry, haha... but it will get the job done if you stick strictly to it.

How much you lose will depend on other things like age, weight, etc., but I figure if you stick to that, in 5 days you should be able to lose at least 4 lbs.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

well im not sure if thats enough time - usually it takes a week to do it properly - but you can always stop drinking water to lose water weight.
its not particually healthy, but im sure you know that, and you seem to want a fast answer...
eat under 1000 calories a day, less if you want sooner, and just work out - hard, really hard.

Watch what you eat. And eat laxatives....

simply dont eat, drink nothing but WATER and if the cravings hurt too much, try some very low cal foods.

worked for me..

Drink LOTS of water. Make sure you eat only vegetables and chicken (without any seasoning or anything containing salt or flour on it) and exercise lots!!
