Toned stomach?!


Question: Okay guys, I'm 171cm and 110 pounds - so I'm not looking at ways to lose any weight - but I really want my flat tummy to become toned! I've started doing 100 sit ups a day (is this enough/excessive ... I suck at this stuff?!) and was wondering if any hot ladies or fellas know how to firm up? FAST!

100 sit ups is good so long as you are doing them properly. Also build in some reverse sit-ups. (Lie on your stomach & bring shoulders off the floor as this flattens too.)
I also like to do some stretching exercises to lengthen the body - yoga or pilates for just 5 minutes a morning - makes a huge difference.

I found out that if you just keep doing sit ups, it won't do hardly anything. You need to do various exercises, such as running, swimming (that's a good one to get toned up) etc.

i drink LOTS of water, it has boosted my metabolism so now i can eat whatever i want and still have a flat stomach, i also do sit ups and an exercise where you lay down with your legs together and lift them up and down sometimes doing little bounces if you understand. It has worked for me veryone loves my stomach :)

Do other abdominal exercises otherwise you just tone the same part and it gets boring. Do a google search and I'm sure you will find different exercises to do. I asked my gym teacher how long it would take to notice a difference and she said 10 weeks which is why a lot of people give up. So keep going!
