What is the best excersize for apple shaped figures?!
Question: try to do some crunches, then some squats, about 10-20 push ups then end wit a run. then each day try to increase it!and if u dont like working out try to join yoga or a dance class at a gym

stop eating fast food,start doing some cructes everynite,and plus running up and down your street that works real good,but most of all my advice 2 u is do not i repeat do not take diet pills because pills only poisen your system not make it better!
