What does eating a bunch of sugar in the morning do to your body, physically?!

Question: Everytime I eat cookies or something, I feel really tired. I know I shouldn't eat them in the morning, but I was wondering what it does to my body.

well, it gives you a false boost - so when you are feeling tired, it is probably because you are dropping, from the energy you just received(even if you didnt notice the energy) from the suger. you should be careful if you are really eating A LOT of sugar, because it turns into fat, and.. even if it ends up being over a long period of time... will mos def add up! check this article out on sugar, some good info

it jacks up your blood sugar,
then it crashes wayy down and you feel really bad.
try taking some chromium
it should help keep it level

you get an energy rush, but it won't last, and yeah, you will then get a really burned out feeling, sugar is not good, refined. if you must eat sweet, eat honey.

eating sugar will keep you active because sugar contains glucose in it.
