Yes, meditate. It focuses and refreshes the mind. Although I can't say I've done it for more than a moment or two, being that I only meditate at TKD.

yoga, rest in bed with sounds of ocean waves, chamomile, massage chair, bubble bath with dim light surrounded in lit candles sipping your favorite drink...ahhhhhhhh! =]

Practice yoga and/or pilates.

Meditation combined with yoga.

You have to find a way to relax your mind and boy. Once you start relaxing your body then it should be easier to relax your mind.

Take a bath with candles, light music, and a good book.

Yoga, get a massage. Take a nice walk around your neighborhood. Read a good book.

oh yes. For me, going to the movies is highly relaxing. Eating bad food from the movie theater like pop corn, candy, while watching the latest movie on a giant screen with surround sound and not having to clean up afterward.

Prop your feet up and enjoy the show and after you're done, stop at the grocer, pick up dinner and watch some TV. Life is good.
