What are those gloves that people wear while working out, like lifting weights.?!
Question: they prevent blisters
Answers: they prevent blisters
weight lifting gloves
Any gloves do the trick. I use my handy set of purple biking gloves. I reccomend any cutoff fingered biking gloves, as this allows you to still use your upper finger to grip and whatnot, but the lower protection helps with not getting calises or plain not hurting your hands.
Hope I helped.
The best type of gloves are the ones with the cut off fingers (all five including thumb). I think the brand is called Harlick, or something in that area. I use these gloves whenever i lift. they allow your to feel your weights while also preventing blisters at the base of your fingers and palms. If your going to lift weights, definetly get these. They make things a whole lot less painful. (they are machine washable, too...)
I use the for a number reasons...Mind are padded slightly to help cushion the total weight. For some things there needed for grip. Some bars have heavy knurling and you may get blisters and it helps for health reasons, for what's left on the bar from the last person who lifted with it..
