Hey,everyone tells you what 2 eat on a diet but can someone tell me the times?PL!
Question: eat right when you wake up to start your metabolism for the day, and after that eat 4-5 more small-medium meals every 2-3 hours. this is what a lot of nutritionists think of as ideal for being healthy and losing weight.
oh and dont listen to the guy above my answer. it depends on your sleep schedule when you should stop eating. try not to eat at least an hour before going to bed. the food sits on your stomach and is more likely to turn into reserves (fat) but its really not the end of the world.

eat often throughout the day, but small portions..and never eat after 8!
All of these are Small meals.
Breakfast - around 7
Morning Snack - around 9
Lunch - around 12
Mid-day Snack - around 2
Dinner - around 5
Afternoon snack - around 7
