Eat a minimal amount of calories. When I lost weight fast I only ate around 900-1000. People will tell you that is unhealthy, and of course it isn't the healthiest but if it's temporary to lose weight I don't think it will kill you.
Drink a lot of water, no juice or soda or gatorade.
Do a lot of cardio - running, swimming, going on the elliptical.
Good luck, you might not lose 10 pounds but it should get you on track to lose it quick!
its not going to happen, but if you do everything right you may loose 5 if your retaining water now

first of all, not eating at all is the worst way to go, what you need to do is run, not on a tread mill but get outside and run or get on your bike.
100lbs in a week? omg that's a ton to lose in a week. you could like fast yourself and eat only vegetables and fruit VERY small portion a day with liquid drinks and you'd be sure to lose weight, probably not feel excelent but...you could deff lose something.

1. Reduce your salt intake. Salt absorbs water causing extra pounds in water weight.
2. Take most of your nutrients in liquid form. (Low-calorie smoothies, non-creamy soups. etc. Just watch out for that sodium.) If you can't stand not eating solid food for a week, try food with high water content. (Watermelon, celery, grapefruit etc.)
3. Drink water.
4. Make up for missing vitamins by taking a daily supplement.
