low carb that what my sister did after she had her son. it worked great. stay away from fast food and foods with alot of sugars. if your commited most diet will be easy to stick to. hope this helps
All I can say is start eating healthier a.s.a.p. Eat more healthier foods than sweets. If you really like sweets try finding some that have less carps, and fat. If you find that you need something heavy and sweet ask yourself if you'll regret this in the future. Hope this helps. :)
Have you tried Sparkpeople.com? They're really helpful when coming up with simple meals. If not, I try to follow this:
breakfast-Oatmeal and skim milk
snack-apple with all-natural peanut butter
lunch-yogurt, carrots, banana
snack-more carrots/something else
dinner-pretty much anything, but within portion (along with salad or another veggie).
I also drink 8-10 glasses of water almost every day. =)
