Question: My abdomen is..like..having lota fats..
the reason is that i`ve to sit in front of computer for hours n hours to complete my assignments..making presentations..may be this is reason behind it..
kindly tell me any excercise to make my belly low n flat..u can share ur personal experience/observation waht so ever..

basically, situps excersise and eat right. Drink lots of water. Anything you would do on a normal diet, but focus on building muscle in your stomach area also.
just start exercising. you dont sound like you're too out of shape, so jogging 20-30 minues/day ought to do to start out. and also work in some ab exercises..sit ups, crunches, etc. you can google ab exercises and probably find some more interesting ones
