I would like someone to create a diet plan for me?!
Question: someone who knows what they are talkiing about..
im 5'6" and about 125 pounds. i would like to get to 110 pounds by may. please do not argue with me on the weight i want to reach, its what i want to get to and i honestly wont be happy until i reach that goal.
i have been running 2 miles the past week, and doing 100 situps everyday. so i already have an excersize plan. i dont need you to tell me a new one because this is the only plan i know i can stick to. but you can give me suggestions if you want, i just know that this is the only excersize i willactually do, and have time for.
what i need is a meal plan for each day, that will garauntee i will be able to lose these 15 pounds, along with doing my excersize plan.
i am a skinny person, i just want a perfectly flat stomach, smaller legs, and an all-over toner body.
if you can do what i am asking, you will obviouslly get best answer and i will appreciate your help very much!!!

but as far as what to eat its pretty straight forward:
no fried foods
no sodas
eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
eat whole wheat bread products (rice, bread, crackers, cereal) instead of white bread
make sure to get a balanced diet of protein carbs, fats....and limit ur caloric intake to about 1800 or so.
fill up on fiber
ur already skinny so u probably dont have too much fat to lose, try to build a little muscle, add some pushups, jumping jacks, jumproping, and maybe even squats to the mix
