Do you guys think this is a good eating plan?!
Question: Do you guys think this is a good eating plan to lose weight. Im very fit. I do loads of running per day. 4-6km at night everyday and burn 300-800 calories a day through excersise a lone. Do you guys think i would lose somem more weight if i keep my running up and eat the folowing for breakfast, lunch and dinner:
Breakfast:
1 crumpet - 16g carbs, 0.5g fat
1 bowl of eats with low fat milk - 25g carbs, 4g fat, 6-7g protein
2 weet bix- 20.4g carbs, 0.8g fat, 3g protein
1 orange Juice (glass)
Lunch:
1 ham sandwhich (WHOLEGRAIN)- 30g carbs, 5g fat, 6g protein.
1 glass water
Dinner:
Meats (i try to eat a low ammount of carbs for dinner)
the meats include, chicken breast, beef risololes (home made), chicken patties etc. So i would be eating anywhere from 10g carbs, 15-25g fat, 5-15g protein.

you need more fruits and veggies!!
