Flat/toned stomache quickly!?!


Question: Ok so im going on holiday pretty soon, and i want to get a toned tummy quickly. Ill be going to water parks and that and i dont wanna look fat. And excersises that work and tone up your tummy? Please?

i have the same problem. What i have been doing is a great pilates

also eat healthy veggies and if you go out to eat alot eat some carrots and drink water before you go.

try to avoid fast food, dont give it up all together, just take it as an occasional treat.

also do cardio such as running or running up stairs or using a treadclimber.

Cardio. Start running. Crunches and all the other ab exercises you've heard of will only build muscle and strength, they won't cut fat. Watch your diet and run/jog/walk at least 30 minutes a day.

TakFam is right...Run /Jog/Walk. Cardio is your best friend.
Crunches and try some core exercises. drink lots of water and stay away from fatty..and salty foods.
