How do I loose 5-10 pounds in a week?!


Question: Hi, i weigh 123 pounds and im 5'7 and i reallyy want to loose 5-10 pounds during spring break... any ideas on what i should do? and I already am pretty active.. but that just seems to make me weigh More because i put on muscle instead of loosing pounds... any other suggestions? thanks

You are overweight for the most simple of reasons -- because you're eating the wrong foods, the wrong types of calories per meal, and you're also eating meals in the wrong patterns each day.

Think closely about what we're about to tell you, since it's going to change the way you think about dieting...

    At 5'7", you do not need to lose anymore weight. Your BMI is prob great...but even so, i don't think you can lose 10 lbs in a week unless you're like gravely ill...
