three eggs ,over easy, two pieces toast
thats the meal i let myself cheat on cuz you supposed to eat between 300-400 calories but kashi go lean cereal is good even if your not trying to lose weight and a peice of fruit
If you want energy then a banana :)
it depends on how many calories diet you are on. I usually eat 1 slice of toast, 1 egg sometimes, juice and fruits. :]
