Easy ways to add more protein/nutrition to my diet?!


Question: I'm 14 years old and VERY small. I need to gain weight and add more protein to my diet but protein powders taste disgusting and a lot of nutrition pills are way too huge for me to swallow. Got any tips/suggestions?

I have the same problem as you. Here's what I take:
Pro Nos protein (very good taste)- chocolate- after a workout or in the morning on days I dont work out
Women's Maximum Nutrition multivitamin powder- chocolate- I mix it in the protein
You can find both at GNC.

Eat your spinach raw and lots of lean meats can also help.
I will say though if you add frozen banana's and blueberries to your protein powder it tastes much better ;)

HI WELL I SUGGEST TYSON 100% ORGANIC CHICKEN ITS VERY GOOD BUT ALSO GOOD ON PROTEIN. I USED IT ON MY NEICE SHE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. SHE GAINED WEIGHT BY HER NEXT DOCTORS APPT. THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO PREPARE IT. GRILL, BAKE, SAUTE' AND SERVE ON A SALAD BUT EAT THAT AND YOU WILL BE FINE.
