Sore head while exercising.?!

if it's a headache......try drinking more water......or there are headaches assosiated with exercise known as exhertion headaches.....I used to get them while lifting weights......went away after a couple of weeks.....I looked all over online about them only to discover that the medical scientists are limited on the reason why we get them......all they know is that it is from exerting yourself too much and that they go away in a couple of weeks.......good luck and any more questions.....just email me......

Do you mean like a headache? I suggest upping your water intake. That usually means you are dehydrated when you get headache while exercising, unless you are doing something that is jarring your head around too much and you aren't used to that.

I used to get this quite a lot. I found you need to drink sufficient water. I personally drink a pint before and defintely a pint or more afterwards. Also it could be your tired anyway and need to do less stressful excersize. If you run try power walking. I think though the headaches indicate your dehydrated and a bit tired.

it could be like a tension headache.

The exercise could be causing your blood pressure to go up, or effecting your heart. I would check with a doctor before continuing and request a stress test to be sure.
