How long should i run on the treadmill?!
Question: I want to start running on the treadmill everyday, and im starting today. How long is good...half hour or a hour? should i stay at a certain speed? Thanks. :]

well,it would be great if you start to jog for 3 min and then run 1 min as fast as you can and then again 3 min of jogging and 1 min of running.and ...( it might be good idea if u strat with 15 to 20 min per day 3 times p/w and then make it to 25 to 30 min p/d and 3 times p/w)

Really depends how fit you are. On the first day try run for as long as you can (lets say 30 mins) or you could do the beep test then use the progressive overload technique and increase the time or intensity say 3-5 mins a week

you should start be stretching - and one on the treadmill - start off slowly and gradually get faster - 30-40 mins...
