What is a good diet for picky eaters?!

Question: I had a baby 5 months ago and need to lose the weight. I need to get rid of 30-40 lbs. I just joined a gym and will be going at least 3 days a week after work (it's hard to get away with a baby at home). My problem is that I am addicted to junk food... pizza, cheese fries, burgers, etc.. I know I need to lay off that stuff but I'm so picky. I don't like a lot of stuff that's in most receipies and I don't like salad dressings which makes a salad hard to eat... What are some basic good foods to eat for lunch (there's a lot of fast food around me... it's hard to find something healthy) and some good, quick dinners to cook that don't contain all kinds of weird ingredients? Any help would be appreciated!

Oh, and do any of those diet pills/fat burner pills work really good?

Not sure what you mean by weird ingredients tbh, does that mean you don't like anything spicy or heavily flavoured? Stir fry meals are very quick and easy and if you use chicken and vegetables very low fat, with a small amount of steamed or boiled rice. If you like plain food then chicken or fish (grilled is low fat) with new potatoes and vegetables (green are high in iron) is ideal. For lunch undressed salad (I prefer it plain to be honest but many people aren't keen on "rabbit food"), Sushi, homemade sandwiches with meat, no Mayo (btw never buy prepackaged sandwiches from the supermarket, they are full of bad things), baked potatoes, celery and raw carrots, you can dip them in Houmous or chilli dip for flavour, ideally homemade so you know what is in them, however with a baby you may be pushed for time so check labels to see how many calories and grams of fat and sodium things contain. Going to the gym and cutting out the worst junk food culprits (or just having them occasionally as a treat) should make a big difference. Hope I helped and good luck.

go buy some lean cuisines :)
