Urgent! For weight gain, do I only need Protein Supplements?!


Question: I have decided to buy a Protein Supplement of Designer brand. My question is that these supplements have low calories and low carbs, For weight gain are these (mainly) Protein Only Supplements enough?

I will be eating as I do regularly to consume carbohydrates, like I don't know how much carbohydrates I take every day but I am alive.

I would suggest taking a creatine supplement while bulking up as well. You are going to get bigger and faster muscle gains with a creatine supplement when taking a protein supplement as well. When you take creatine, it allows you to break down more muscle, and then you pump the protein into that broken down muscle, which helps you recover better, which helps you build more muscle, and more muscle means a higher weight. You also want to make sure to eat more than you normally do. I would suggest intaking about 5,000 calories a day.
