Im building more mucle, and not burning a lot of fat?!


Question: when i exercise, i dont loose fat, but build mucle. How can i loose more fat? i dont mind gaining mucle, but its fat i need to loose (about 10-15lbs)

i walk my dogs for about more than mile evry day, sometimes ill jog/run part of the way, why cant i loose some more fat?

im not overeating, im keeping track of my diet

eating less and healthier is the key to loosing weight. thats why they say that you should eat less and exercise more, the exercise tones up and the eating less burns fat.

its called muScle and you should try more cardio activities such as running or jump roping intensely

fat can convert to muscle which weighs more. thats why even if you dont see the numbers on the scale going down you will still look and feel better.

1ST off Muscle weighs more than fat......in case u didn't know... So the more muscular your legs get the more u will weigh ....also you need to concentrate on cardio to lose the fat....also crunches even though they suck you can start off with 20 in the AM and 20 in the PM then pick up the reps to 3-4 times a day.......Good Luck
