Need help...want to loose 25 lbs. for summer?!
Question: I am a 5'7 Female.I weigh 170 lbs. I want to weigh around 145, like I did before my two sons. I know I gained more muscle lugging their heavy butts around. I need to tone my arms, lose my mama weight.-->main target is stomach and thighs....without losing my bigger butt.

You can probably do this by mid-summer. Start running 2-4 miles 4-6 days a week, do lunges, crunches, squats, tricep dips, push ups, wall sits, and do something fun AND active at least once a week (play tennis with a competitive friend or husband, take a kick-boxing class, go dancing, etc.). And GIVE YOUR BODY A BREAK from exercise one day a week (if you have to do more than one, make them non-consecutive).
Also, start eating healthy, within a healthy calorie range (probably 1250-1550). Check out a site like sparkpeople.com, which is free, and will be a GREAT help in tracking everything, and has lots of helpful resources and support groups. Oh, and have a planned cheat once a week. That is, a meal where you eat whatever you want, including a dessert, but only until you're full, never stuffed!

Expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week. Walking is great for the thighs. Get some 5-8 pound dumbbells and use them 4-5 times a week
