Answers: not for more than like 2 or 3 weeks. its not all fat, its alot of water, glycogen, and muscle too
well sure, but it depends on your method!
for how many days? Ok seriously, the answer is no it is not healthy to lose 1 pound every day. ITs healthy to lose 1-2 pounds a week if you are overweight
Well, it would be hard to tell since your weight fluctuates between 2-5 pounds during the day. But if you weigh yourself each morning and the number goes down one each day, it depends on how heavy you are right now. On average, a person is only supposed to lose 1-2 pounds per week, but that can vary depending on body weight/sex/muscle mass, etc...
When you are first trying to lose weight... you lose water water weight first.. so thats okay.. but as someone already said, it best to lose weight slow and steady cause then it's more likely you won't gain it back. Everyone's weight can fluctuate 1-2 pounds through out a week.
Depends on the weight and age of the person asking. 2-3lbs a week is the healthy way to lose weight for an average person. People who are clinically or morbidly obese are usually, safely, able to lose 7lbs a week if not more.
hell no. the healthy amount of weight to lose in a week is only 2-3 pounds... 7 is way too much every week....slow down
I hope so i am trying to lose 5 lbs this week
