Yes. It shouldn't be the only thing you eat though.

yes!

yes, helps ur digestive tract too. i luv yogurt

Absolutely.....it's also great with lunch, or for a afternoon snack :-)

yoghurt is awesome!
the best kinds to eat are generally the lower fat versions, but try to buy the kind that are not full of chemicals or artificial ingredients (look for 'natural' and 'no added' labels)
although yoghurt often isn't all that filling or high enough in calories for breakfast- which should be the main meal of the day
try maybe a slice of toast with a few teaspoons of avacado, a small tub or portion of yoghurt and a medium piece of fruit, or a small bowl of bran or porridge with the yoghurt and a few nuts
either way, the best way to go for breakfast would be food that includes:
-dairy (the yoghurt)
-wholegrain carbohydrate (cereals like bran, porridge, weetbix)
-fruit
all that adds up to a really great breakfast, as what you have for breakfast really counts

Yeah, but you know what they say - "breakfast is the most important meal of the day". Its when your metabolism is at its fastest. So aswell as a yoghurt, have some cereal and a glass of orange juice or some green tea.

YES, yogurt is a VERY good thing to have for breakfast, but if you're trying to eat in a healthier fashion, choose the low-fat yogurt..and not the ones laden with sugars. As another writer suggested to you, it shouldn't be the only thing you have for breakfast. Consider the yogurt as a dairy serving. Eat some fresh fruit with the yogurt, and perhaps 2 slices of whole grain bread toasted. YES, we all need a certain amount of carbs in our diet, but when choosing breads, rolls, etc., choose the whole grain variety, NOT white. White doesn't contain the nutrients, and is just a filler.
