Well, you won't be noticing anything too extreme in two or three days, considering when you start a routine workout, and you're usually unfit, then you'll be going into fits of pain from just hearing the words, "lactin acid".

I've just started a routine workout, considering I've recently recognized a history of weak hearts that my family has, so I want to stay in above average shape, and some lean, mean musculature looks great.

As said, skinless chicken breast, tuna, and a bit of turkey is great if you want to build up your muscles and lose some body fat.

Work on your heart, as well, I have a friend in particular, who before he joined wrestling, seemed so gaunt and thin, yet after I'd befriended him I learned that his strong heart (not in a metaphorical sense D:) helped his strength, even though he was so much more thin than a lot of other boys our age at the time.

Just keep to routine, work on maintaining a healthy - yet filling - diet, and that's all there is to it, really. It's nothing new from that usual "exercise and watch what you eat" deal.

protein and you spell muscle wrong.......... eat raw eggs, fish, red meat and whey protein drinks

Eat skinless breast chicken and tuna. There high in protien and low in fat. Red meat has protien but too much fat. Instead of hamburgers try turkey burgers. Ground turkey is very good.
