How can you loose 21 pounds in 1 month?!


Question: -Stay away from Red meats,all red meats!
-Eat lean meats Like Fish,Tuna,Chicken,Turkey,Ostrich
-Have a few Carbohydrates a day and good fats like Pasta,Nuts,and natural dried fruit
-Drink 8 glasses of water a day
-Drink 1-2 cups of green tea
-If you do drink coffee,you can have a cup a day or swap it for a 100% cup of fruit juice
-If you crave food just chew a piece of gum or have a glass of water
-do 45 minutes of cardio a day,which is fast running.you can burn 400-700 calories a day
-Do crunches and weights,gets your lower stomach toned and your arms tight!
-Eat protein! Like fish,egg
-Have plenty of fruit and vegetables
-You can have a slice of rye bread a day
-you can still eat cheese..make sure it is LOW FAT and lean
-eat high fiber cereals like Special K,Oats and Wheat Bix
-Eat nice weigh-less soups
-Eat 1000-1300 calories a day
-REMEMBER to stay fit and active,swim,dance,sing like theres no tomorrow,just have fun!!

Try this for a week,you can loose 2-5 pounds a week!

a bowl of special k (the one with red berries or add some dried fruit to it) and an apple or banana
Snack: a provita or a piece of fruit
Lunch: 1 or 2 slices of rye bread,lettuce,chicken or tune,tomato and a slice of cheese
Dinner: Rice,roast vegetables and any lean meats,even add a desert like a Vitalina yogurt!

You can choose to have your snack before lunch or before dinner.Please remember your water and exercises!

yes my mom loose 3-7 popunds a week. just eat salads and dont eat any carbs if so limit urself

i didnt think that was possible.
but just eat healthy.
exercise everyday for like 45minutes to an hour.
and lift weights. 3 times a week.

You could lose 21 pounds but not in one month...atleast not the healthy way.

Everyone on here is just going to tell you everything that you already know.... drink lots of water, excersie 3 to 4 times a week try to loose 2 lbs per week...etc, etc.

Lots of exercise, lots of protein, lots of water. I'm not sure you would lose 21 lbs. because that's a lot of weight to lose in one month. But, remember this--if you lose it in one month you'll gain it back plus 5 extra pounds in the next 6 months.

sit in the dry sauna a lot, water weight drops fast...

It depends, do you want to lose the weight permanently or do a binge diet and see the weight put back on the next month because your eating habits and lifestyle hasn't changed...

Nutrition is key to any successful diet. Exercise is the other component. My best advice would be to eat more fruits and veggies and do mostly cardio exercises. Avoid fast food, starches (potatoes and such), and start eating foods that have high water content. They fill you up and are generally better for you. Take your vitamins daily.

Losing weight isn't something that happens over night. Unless you do surgery... but why pay for something when you can get it for free?

I always believe that the best way to eat healthy is to eat foods that are as natural as possible.

In otherwords not eating anything processed or mass produced. All these diet meals are cack.

Steam some veg and fish or chicken. Jacket potatoe etc.
Don't snack on sweets or crisps at all. only fruit!!
Cut out alcohol and all fizzy drinks. only drink water and fruit juce.
And always remember portion control!!!!

go brisk walking 30 minutes twice daily and stick to a portion controlled lactovovegetarian diet..you cant go wrong..aim to lose about 3-4 pounds a week..thats safe enough,or your results wont last..
