Question: i want to reduce my weight as well as my husbands weight. what is effective way for quick result.
my friend told me stretching exercise with hill climbing is very effective? is it so?
one of my friend told me that eating low calories food is effective?
another friend told that doing sex at standing position reduce weight?
one of my friend told that sona belt in combination with weight loss pills is effective?
i am totally confuse? please advise me good weight loss program
