Why do my toes and front part of my feet go numb after about 20 min on the elipt!

Question: I know logic would say circulation, but my shoes are roomy and comfortable. I can get down and walk it off, but it breaks my rhythm, and just happens again. Why? And how to prevent it in the first place? Thanks.

You may have problems with the discs in your back and not even know it. I have three herniated discs in my lower back and they often cause pressure on the nerve which in turn will cause my foot and/or toes to go numb. Might wanna check that out with a doc.
