What is the best way to lower body fat %?

im 6"2 and 175 im happy with the weight im at right now but i would like to lower my body fat % and target my mid section with workout routines does anyone know the best workout for this? also eating habbits ect. anything usefull thanks!


Answers:

Eat 6 small meals a day, drink a lot of water and lift.

For abs I usually get on a decline bench with a 35lb weight and do twists while slowly doing a situp. Another one I do is in the same position but i lean as far out to the right, roll down so I almost have my back on the bench, then roll to the left and back to the up position. Then i repeat going the other direction. Also, you can do crunches, reverse crunches, leg lifts and bicycle crunches. You can also grab a dumbbell in one hand, lean over and pull yourself back up by tightening the abs on the side that doesn't have weight on it.

Just exercise regularly and eat the small meals and your BMI will gradually go down. :)
