Will some diets and workouts (such as running)help me lose weight in my thigh?

I need to lose weight around my butt and thigh and i need to lose the weight before september. please help me (no diet pills please).


Answers:

Running will not make you lose weight from your legs. However, it will tighten and tone your legs to look great in shorts!! You should try doing 50 squats and lunges every day!!! They will help your butt and legs look great!
