How to lose fat, not weight?!
Question: How to lose fat, not weight!?
I am looking to lose fat, not so much weight, but fat!. Im not huge or anything, I just have some extra in my stomach and my hips and thighs!. Ive tried to run, but its difficult and I dont know if there is an easier way to work up to it!? Or if that even works!. I don't want to lose muscle either, so its not so much weight i want to lose, like I said before, I just want to get rid of some of the "flab"!. haha!. If anyone could help me itd be greatly appreciated!. I'd like best if it was something that would show some differences within the next 3 weeks if thats at all possible(doesnt have to be much difference though) Thank you so much everyoneWww@Answer-Health@Com

you definitely want to incorporate weight training into your routine- muscle helps to burn fat faster!. Don't skip the cardio- do that 4- 6 days a week!. If you do not have endurance- do as much as you can each day and set small goals that you can work up to!.
Then - do some weight training 4-5 days a week - focus on one part of your body - for example :
Mon!. - legs and glutes - 2-4 exercises for each - 4 sets of 12-15 reps with a weight that is not too heavy but challenges you
Tues!. - shoulders and triceps
Wed!. cardio
Thurs!. biceps and back
Fri !. chest
Walking will also help to trim the fat- walk at a brisk pace for 30 minutes- work up to more if you have timeWww@Answer-Health@Com

i know it would be hard, but run a mile everyday!.!.!.!.!. jus make yourself do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
A fat binder and a good exercise routine will do that for you! I use this as a fat binder!.!.!.!.and I still eat what I want!. SO I would say, just run and do crunches!.!.!.!.and use some sort of dieting regiment!
