eat more then 3 times a day a exercise!. I eat 6 times a day and exercise everyday for 30 min and I have lost 8lbs over a week and a half!. good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to lose wieght the best thing to do is NOT to diet, but to get on a good healthy diet and eat right!. that is three times a day and develop good eating habits!. We have had to do this recently due to high cholesteral and in the last three months, have lost 18 lbs!. It does not happen over night, but will help you develop good habits one day at a time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
