Question: Was this good cardio!? Can I lose 5 pounds quick!?
I did about 80 crunches!. Then I did jumping jacks, used a jumprope, and just danced very crazy for 20 minutes without stopping!. I jogged to the fridge and got 3 celery sticks and ate them with a very small amount of light ranch, then i drank a normal bottle of water (16oz)
Was this a little effective!? What more should I do!?
I am 13 years old!. I am 5'6" 1/2 and i weigh 120!. I just want to lose 5lbs or maybe a little more!. Please, don't tell me im fine, just tell if this worked a little, & what more i should do to lose 5 lbs!. Also, how long will it take to lose 5 pnds!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. I will eat and drink smaller portions!.
2!. I will increase fruit and vegetables to 6-10 serves everyday!.
3!. I will do 10 minutes of stretching every morning or night!.
4!. I will walk for at least 5 hours per week!.
5!. I will eat most of my carbs in their natural state!.
6!. I will eat enough fiber to cleanse my body!.
7!. I will choose living foods over dead foods!.
8!. I will only check my measurements once a week!.
9!. I will eat guilt free!.
10!. I will live with a positive mind!.
Do that for maybe a week and you should lose 5lbs!.

im wif ya sista!i think if ya do that EVERY day 2 and half weeks(i lost 10 pounds in a month from softball)Www@Answer-Health@Com
