Question: **Will doing this make me lose 12lbs by June 1st!? (really short question)**!?
-I only have vegan meals (that means I don't eat dairy, fish, meat, and YES! chicken is a meat!. ANd if you're curious, I get protein from soy!.)
-Walk 45 minutes a day and workout my abs for 20 minutes a day!.

age: 14
height: 5'3"
weight: 126lbs

The doc said it would be okay to lose this amount of weight!. But no more than 12lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm not sure if that will make you lose 12 lbs or not, because everyone is different and I don't know how quickly you lose weight!. But if your doc says that you can lose that amount of weight and still be healthy then go for it! And good for you for talking to your doc about your diet, that's very intelligent and responsible of you!.

Here's another tip: Drink a mug of green tea every day!. Green tea helps speed up metabolism and they have a million different varieties so you can easily find one you enjoy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi,to be honest you don't need to lose weight!.You sound like your at the right weight for your age!.Starting to diet this young isn't good!.Just eat right and keep up the exercise and if you need to lose weight you will!.Take care!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well whether you'd be "able" to lose this amount of weight by then depends on your body type and metabolism!. i mean, i don't have any eating disorders or significant health problems, but my weight can sometimes fluctuate between 105 - 115 lbs within a week or two!.!.!.

I'll agree with ther ladies above me, but, if you're hellbent on losing weight, I'll tell you about what you're doing!.

Walking is good!.!.!.if you're old!. ;)

The problem is, you don't burn that many calories doing it because it is not high intensity!. Try running instead!. As for working on your abs for 20 minutes!.!.!.why!?

You can't spot reduce!. Lost fat is lost fat no matter how you reach that goal!. Fat comes off all parts of your body no matter if you do situps, run, ride a bike or swim!.

Just make sure you eat healthy and drink lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok i realize you dont want to hurt animals, but milk would help fill you up so you dont eat as much!.!.!.and as someone who lived next to a dairy farm when i was little i can tell you they bellow in pain when they arent milked!.!.!.seriously visit one and you will rethink milk!. but since you dont do that drink k20 it helps some!. mainly your weight is fine but you could rearrange it with the excersize you mentioned!. if you eat veggie burgers, bake them or grill them cuz even tho they are healthy, they will be healthier left out of the skillet!. im not sure you would do 12 cuz you will be gaining muscle, but you will notice a change in your clothing size for sure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, i would like to congratulate u for seen a doctor before you start you diet program!. That is very smart!. I thing what u are doing is fine!.however, I am not really a big fan of vegan meals!. The reason why is because, we(humans) need a balance diet, that includes fruit and vegetables, meat, diary products and breads!. i will sugest if you want add some fish or turkey to you diet and some yougurt!. The only reason is because your are growing and you need the protein, also you need some of the nutrients that are included in the meat!. You can also generate some proteins if you eat rice and beans together or conr and beans!. One more sugestion, try to expand your exercise program by adding exercises to your upper body like push-up for women!.

Bodies differ from one another!. Just because your friend weighs 112 and ha the perfect body doesn't mean you should!. Just feel comfortable in your own skin!. But if losing 12 pounds will hep you to feel comfortable then you should go for it in a healthy way!. Try not to compare your self to others, just be happy with who you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
