I was devastated ever since lifetime cancelled Denise Austins show I really loved her workout!. I hear she is on ESPN, but I don't have cable!.What chanel is ESPN in Ny state!? is she on fitness and demand!? where else can I watch her workout please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't answer your question about the cable network!.!.!.but I know what you mean about missing her show on Lifetime! I love Denise Austin!.!.!.she has shaped my body like no personal trainer could ever do!. Her DVD's are available in most stores like Walmart, Kmart, drugstores, etc!. And there are a ton of them on Amazon!.!.!.some are used & are really inexpensive!. They target every area of your body and every phase of life!.!.!.!.
