because your body just uses a lot of energy and needs more!. its very normal!. you should really eat after you work out!. its a good thing!. but not too much!. drink lots of water and have some protein and a piece or fruit or veggies after you work out!. then wait a while and if your still hungry you can have something else!. its not uncommon!. and if you wait too long after a big workout to eat then you will get super hungry and eat much more then you need!. so you can have something after!. and before if you like but not too much or you could get cramps or stomach aches while you're exercising!. and don't forget to keep it healthy!Www@Answer-Health@Com

try eating after!. if you eat before you could get stomach cramps!. after is when you're hungry, so why eat twice!? also exercise revs up your metabolism so its better to eat then because more of the calories will be burned instead of stored!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The longer you exercise the lower your blood sugar becomes which in turn makes you more hungry!. You may just be a person that has a low blood sugar most of the time anyway!. Nothing to worry about, just eat something high protein before you exercise and it should keep your blood sugar more level and decrease your severe hunger past exercising!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Are you sure it is hunger!? Sometimes people can mistake thirst for hunger!. You sweat during a workout so your body fluids could be low!. Drink plenty of water to replace the fluids you lost to see if that helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
