Breakfast Problems?!


Question: Breakfast Problems!?
Ever since I was a little girl I have never eaten breakfast which I know is not good for my health!.

I have made an effort to on occasion, but it often leaves me feeling queasy, and I never feel like eating anything till about 12pm at the earliest!.

What foods should I try to break the habit!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i personally like taking frozen yougart ( its better than ice cream) and blending it with few berries some milk and mangoes or nectarines!. I used to be the same way but my personal trainer said i could eat that and it totally helped instead of starving from supper til lunch!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

power bars, such as balance bars or luna bars, give you the energy you need, but without a lot of time wasted!. if you are busy and eating would be less of a hassle, you would be more likely to actually eat breakfast!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For breakfast you need at least to a glass of OJ to at most a plate of various thing, but you can have small things like a cereal bar, apple, banana, or a bowl of oatmeal, or one of those travel oatmeal things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
