Question: Will losing 100 pounds cause loose skin if you lose it the right way instead of getting surgery!?
I've lost alot so far but I'm scared to death that I'll end up with flabby skin! If I use weights will this prevent it!? I'm doing it the right way!. I'm eating right and I exercise!. I'm not doing the lap band or anything like that!. any advice will be wonderful and please no rude remarks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am doing the same thing that you are doing: eating right and going to the gym 6 days a week!. It sucks but I know that the results will be worth it!. As of now I have lost more than 100 pounds and still have another 80 to go!. My skin hasn't become loose and I hope that the same happens for you!. I think doing it healthily allows your body to adjust somewhat and if you are younger then your skin still has plenty of elastin!. I put on firming lotion daily as a precautionary measure!. If you lose weight slowly with diet and exercise you should have no problem!.!.!. your skin will shrink along with your body !.

You should be fine especially if your younger!. Drink plenty of water to help you stay hydrated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
